Funeral Information for Vera After a long heroic battle Vera succumbed to breast cancer on October 5, 2013. Vera was a loving mother, grammy, sister and wife. Vera is survived by her husband, George Rivera; daughter, Marie Sanchez; son, George Jr.; grandchildren, Stefanie and Michael Sanchez; dad, Antonio Maciel; sister, Martha Maciel; and brothers, Tony and David Maciel. Vera was a kind and loving soul. A sassy cat with a feisty spirit. She was someone that you could confide in and turn to for comfort. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Funeral Information The services for Ms. Rivera will be held in Tustin California at Saddleback Chapel Funeral Home.The date of the service is October 9th 2013 at 5:00 p.m. and the Rosary begins at 7:00 p.m.The Funeral Mass is the following day, Thursday October 10th - 10:00 a.m. At Saint Josephs Catholic Church.
