Roberta Barber

Roberta “Bunny” Barber, 95, passed away April 19, 2018 in Yorba Linda, California. Born January 28, 1923 in So. Lewiston, Maine, to Howard and Lola (Lindsay) Frost, she grew up attending schools in Massachusetts, culminating at New England Baptist Hospital in 1944, as a Registered Nurse.In 1945, Bunny met Harold W. Barber on a blind date. They married several months later on December 20, 1945, and were married for 54 years, until Harold’s death in 2000.Bunny leaves behind 3 sons: Wayne (Linda) Barber, John (Debbie) Barber, David (Connie) Barber; 8 grandchildren: Kelly (Mike) Andrew, Dan Barber, Amy (Todd) Dudley, Missy (Remy) Stratton, Jonas (Stephanie) Barber, Richard (Nellie) Miller, Carlos Miller, Chris Barber; and 15 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, including Peter Frost, Lyle Barber, Susan Helm and Mary Ellen Robinson.A service will be held 19 May 2018 at Saddleback Chapel, 220 E. Main St, Tustin. Interment will be at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana, along with her husband, Harold.
