Rita N Noniyeva

Rita Noniyeva was born in Sheki, Azerbaijan on July 24th, 1957, to Evgenia and Nikita Karakashev. A gifted musician, she graduated from Sheki Music College in 1978 as a concert master in fortepiano, a reflection of her lifelong passion for music.

In 1993, she immigrated to the United States with her beloved husband, Michael, and their two children, Yuliana and Albert. She continued in her passion for music by joyfully sharing her talent through teaching and mentoring young pianists, sowing seeds of beauty and discipline in the hearts of her students.

Outside of music, she found joy in serving others, exploring new places, and spending time with her family. Her unwavering love for our Savior, Jesus Christ, was evident in her daily life. Whether through a gentle word, a helping hand, or an open heart, she embodied mercy, compassion, and generosity. Her spirit reflected the love of Christ and touched all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael, and her cherished children, Yuliana and Albert. Her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will continue to inspire all whose lives she touched.
