Phyllis Spivey

Phyllis Spivey Phyllis Spivey , 76, wife of James Spivey, mother of three and grandmother of five, passed into eternal life with her Lord and Savior on February 11, 2015. Phyllis spent the last several years tending her small ranch of two acres in the Lake Mathews area of Riverside and freelance writing. She was formerly a long-time real estate broker in the Tustin area and was very active in local politics. Her recognitions included Tustin Area Woman of the Year in 1991, Realtor of the Year in 1982, President of the East Orange County Board of Realtors, State Representative to the California Board of Realtors and Master Gardener. Phyllis was a prolific writer and researcher whose articles and works represented her Christian world view. She attended Riverside Baptist Church. Phyllis is survived by her children, Charles Scott of San Ramon, Lori Woodbeck and Susan Scott of Riverside.
