Lillian Peterson

Mrs. Lillian (Jones) Peterson, born on August 13, 1929 in Wellington, Colorado, passed away at age 88 on May 23, 2018 in Yorba Linda, California. Lilian was married to the late Clyde Charles Peterson. Lillian is survived by her sons, Clyde (Corky) Charles Peterson Jr. and Gary Lynn Peterson and daughter, Sharon Louise Morgan; grandchildren, Rebbecca Lugene Morgan Htay, Brian Charles Peterson, Lisa Jorene Bock, Gary Lynn Peterson Jr., Amanda Louise Morgan Ceser and Wesley Glenn Morgan. Her great-grandchildren, Lilyann Htay, Hunter Charles Bock, Kaylee Nicole Peterson, Colby Thomas Htay, Brody Randall Charles Peterson, Taylen Keith Bock, Rylee Jorene Bock, Tanner Hayes Peterson, Hailey Jewel Morgan, and Adalyn Jade Morgan. She enjoyed her family, ceramics, gardening and playing cards. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Lillian was the last remaining and youngest of 11 siblings. She struggled with emese pain in the last few years. ALthough she will be missed, she is relieved of her pain and we know she has been reunited with her loving husband. Friends and family are welcome to attend the memorial service on Friday, June 8 from 10:30 to 12:00 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day SAints in Yorba Linda, CA. Afterwards, at the Riverside National Cemetery, Lillian will be laid to rest at 1:30 then followed by services and lunch at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in Riverside, Woodcrest Ward.
