With deep sorrow and love, we announce the passing of Juan Fernando Morales, who left us on June 6, 2025, at the age of 60. A devoted husband, proud father, beloved son and brother, cherished uncle, godfather and friend, he touched the lives of everyone who had the joy of knowing him.
Juan will be remembered most for the way he loved — with his whole heart. He was the kind of man who never let you forget how important you were to him. His love for his wife, Martha, was unshakable and full of warmth. His daughter, Lilly, was the light of his life — his pride and joy. He was always her biggest fan, cheering her on through every chapter of her life. Juan was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His dedication to his faith and his desire to bring the message of Jesus Christ to others is his legacy.
A passionate NASCAR fan, Juan could often be found cheering on his favorite drivers, especially the late Dale Earnhardt and his son Junior, every race weekend, sharing the excitement and energy with those around him. NASCAR wasn’t just a pastime for him — it was a tradition, a thrill, and a bond he loved sharing with family and friends. He was also a passionate fan of Oakland A’s baseball. He loved attending games at the Coliseum with his family, and rooted his team on regardless of the wins or losses.
Whether it was cracking a joke, offering support, or simply being there, Juan had a way of making everyone feel seen and loved. Our memories of Juan are of his kindness, loyalty, and fierce devotion to the people he held dear.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Martha Morales; his treasured daughter, Lilly Morales; his father Eligio Morales; his brothers Sergio and Eli Morales; many beloved nieces and nephews, family members, a god son and god daughter and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
All services will be on July 12, 2025. The family asks that you bring a photo to be added to the photo board at the service at Saddleback Chapel, and/or bring a note or letter to Juan to be included in the casket. The burial will take place at Fairhaven Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Anaheim Downtown Community Center.
Although Juan's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. As you continue to worship Jesus up there, dear Juan, your light will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
