Janis Daria Lundin

Janis married William (Bill) M. Lundin, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois on June 24th, 1968 in Springfield Virginia. Janis and Bill started a family of two boys while he was on active duty as an officer in the Naval Reserve. In 1977 they moved to Mission Viejo California, when Janis transferred her position with JCPenney’s to Laguna Hills, California. She proceeded to work her way through various levels of management including Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager culminating with the transfer to the regional office in Buena Park as the Manager of Internal Audit Southwestern Region.

Janis had a personnel interest in collecting Southwest Native American arts as well as enjoying the outdoor art of flyfishing. She spent much of her retirement travelling the western states and exploring the world on many cruise adventures. She enjoyed spending time each summer at her beloved ranch house in Montana with friends and family.

Janis is survived by her husband Bill and their loving sons William III, and Thomas and spouse, her brother and sister, Thomas Saxon and Kimberly Courson and their spouses, and her grandsons Alexander and Christopher. She will be truly and dearly missed by her devoted family and friends.
