Listen to Obituary

Diana Lynn West, born on December 7, 1971, went home to the house of the Lord on January 24, 2026, where she now rests in peace and watches over those she loved so deeply. She leaves behind a legacy defined by warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to the people she held close.

Diana was known for her joyful spirit and kindness. She had a natural way of making others feel seen and cared for, often through small but meaningful gestures. Whether offering a listening ear, sharing laughter, or showing up in practical ways, Diana had a gift for connection that left a lasting impression on those who knew her.

A woman of faith, Diana lived her beliefs through love, generosity, and service to others. Her faith guided the way she treated people and approached life, with grace, humility, and an open heart. She believed life was meant to be shared, celebrated, and lived fully alongside family and friends.

Family was the center of Diana’s world. She was a devoted mother to her children, Joshua Leal and Joseph Leal, and a loving stepmother to Cheyenne Givens and Dallas West, all of whom brought her great pride and joy. She also cherished her role as a grandmother and found immense happiness in her grandchildren, Kasen Leal and Benjamin Givens. Diana’s love for her family was steady, deep, and unwavering.

Diana is survived by her husband, Charlie West; her beloved children, Joshua Leal and Joseph Leal, Cheyenne Givens, and Dallas West; her grandchildren, Kasen Leal and Benjamin Givens; her parents; Rich and Elaine Walters; her sisters, Melissa Childress and Paula Morin; her brother, Ricky Harvey; and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who were deeply loved and cherished.

Diana will be remembered for her kind heart, her lighthearted spirit, and the way she brought people together through love and presence. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched and in the comfort of knowing she rests in eternal peace.
